Don't miss the Abbotsford Young at Heart Expo May 7.

Abbotsford seniors are in for a day of fun, learning and connection at the Young at Heart Expo May 7, with a series of activities, exhibitors and exciting prize giveaways.

Highlighting opportunities for active and independent living in the Fraser Valley, exhibitors, guest speakers and free activities will share insights on topics relevant to senior life.

With a packed exhibitor lineup, look for businesses and organizations like Amplifon Canada, specializing in hearing solutions, with free hearing tests and consultations, Walk-In Tubs Fraser Valley, providing accessible bathing solutions from the comfort home, and Elim Village – a senior living community that promotes an engaging and supportive lifestyle.

Attendees can also try their hand at pickleball, courtesy of the TopSpin Pickleball Club, and join the Abbotsford Horseshoe Club for a game. And be sure to stop by the petting corral.

A food truck will be on-site to keep visitors fuelled throughout the day.

In addition a range of vendors will be on hand to share expertise on financial planning, insurance, home care and travel opportunities tailored for seniors. You can explore booths dedicated to fitness programs, mental wellness and recreational activities designed to encourage an active and fulfilling lifestyle.

And don't miss the chance for $10,000 in prize giveaways!

Organized by Black Press Events, and supported by sponsors including the Abbotsford Curling Club & Event Centre, McDonald’s and Rosebay Florist, the Young at Heart Expo aims to redefine the aging process, offering a space where seniors can socialize, stay informed and embrace new opportunities.
