The 57th annual Langley Loafers Old Time Drags took place at Mission Raceway from Aug. 1- 4.
The popular event featured eight specialty classes to suit vehicles as old as 1925.
It included a car show and plenty of vendors.
No sooner had the event ended that the raceway began preparing for this coming weekend as the inaugural BCCCA Memorial Show & Shine kicks of on Aug. 10.
Featuring cars of all kinds, from new to old, there’s something for car enthusiasts of all ages. The Show and Shine Runs from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. with tickets costing $10.
Mission residents (with photo ID) and Children 12 and under can attend the Show and Shine for free.
All proceeds are being donated to the Canucks Place Children’s Hospice.
In the evening, check out the Summer Sundown Concert at the raceway.
With three bands, a beer garden, and lots of food choices, the party runs from 7-11p.m. Concert tickets are just $30!
