Abbotsford police seek witness to crash on Maclure Road

Single-vehicle crash sends one to hospital with serious injuries

Abbotsford police are seeking a witness to a single-vehicle crash which sent the driver to hospital with serious injuries yesterday (May 12).

Emergency crews responded to reports of the crash involving a sedan on the 31600 block of Maclure Road just before 6 p.m. BC Ambulance Service brought the driver to hospital shortly afterwards with serious injuries.

Police are seeking anyone who witnessed the incident or was in the area between 5:50 and 6 p.m., and who may have a dashcam to help them with the investigation. The cause of the crash remains unknown at this time.

Maclure Road was shut down between Crossley Drive and Clearbrook Road after the accident.
