Cash left in clothing at Mission Value Village

Mission RCMP trying to locate owner of money found in clothing donation

Mission RCMP are in possession of a large amount of cash and are hoping to find the owner.

On May 4, RCMP officers attended the Value Village on Horne Street after receiving a report of a large amount of cash located in some donated clothing.

The date of when the clothing donation was made to the Value Village is unknown.

Police are holding the cash for safekeeping in anticipation of the owner being located.

Anyone who has information regarding the ownership of this money is asked to call Const. Dueck of the Mission RCMP at 604-826-7161.
