UPDATE: Ryan Easton was arrested just after noon today (Monday) by patrol officers with the Abbotsford Police Department.

The Abbotsford Police Department (APD) is asking for the public’s help in trying to locate a man wanted on an outstanding warrant for assault and uttering threats.

Ryan Weylin Jeremy Easton, 41, is well-known to law enforcement in the Fraser Valley and has been involved in more than 100 police incidents, said Const. Ian MacDonald.

Easton’s criminal history includes convictions for assault, obstructing police, causing a police pursuit and possession of stolen property.

He is Caucasian, 5’ 11” and weighs 170 pounds. He has brown hair and eyes.

Anyone who sees Easton or knows of his whereabouts should immediately call 911.
