A man has been charged with 13 offences in relation to the 2018 home invasion of a licensed grow-op in Abbotsford.
The incident took place in the early morning of Jan. 10, 2018 in the 2200 block of Windsor Street.
Police at the time said a trio of armed masked men broke into the home and tied up the residents – a man and his teenage son.
The suspects robbed the two of marijuana and a Ford F-350, police said. The truck was later located by a citizen.
The man and his son were not physically injured, but they were emotionally impacted, police said.

Abbotsford Police Sgt. Judy Bird said major crime detectives conducted a “complex and lengthy” investigation, which spanned two years.
She said the investigation also involved numerous RCMP detachments, members from the Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit and other municipal police agencies.
Dylan Shane Pelly, 25, was arrested Tuesday (June 1) and has now been charged with six offences related to the date of the home invasion: break-and-enter, robbery, using an imitation firearm, disguising his face and two counts of unlawful confinement.
Under the same criminal court file, he also faces seven other charges from August, September and October 2019: trafficking in a controlled substance, three counts of illegal possession of a weapon and three counts of weapons trafficking.
Bird said detectives are continuing their investigation into the other suspects involved.
According to the provincial court database, Pelly was also charged this year with three counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking from July 2018. Those charges are still before the courts.
