Young athletes volunteer to help the less fortunate in Mission

Members of Mission’s Pee Wee A1 hockey team spent Sunday night helping out in the community. The team volunteered to serve dinner and have birthday cake with patrons at Hope Central on N. Railway Avenue. Hope Central serves meals to up to 100 people a week.

Hope Central is a ministry of New Heights church which aims to help the homeless and other vulnerable members of the community
