Mission RCMP seek public’s assistance in search for Russell Gurney

Gurney last seen on June 24, known to frequent Mission and Chilliwack

The Mission RCMP is seeking the public’s assistance in the search for Russell Gurney, last seen in the area on June 24.

Gurney was reported missing by a family member, and is known to frequent both Mission and Chilliwack.

The 39-year-old Indigenous man is described as five-foot-ten inches tall, weighing 185 pounds, with brown eyes and dark hair (short on the sides and back).

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Gurney is urged to contact the Mission RCMP non-emergency line at 604-826-7161 or their local Police or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
