It’s been a Father’s Day tradition in Mission for the past quarter-century.

The 25th anniversary Old Car Sunday in the Park car show takes place on June 19 (Father’s Day) from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. (rain or shine).

The event will be held at Mission’s Fraser River Heritage Park, 7494 Mary St.

It is one of the larger vintage, collector and antique vehicle displays in Western Canada.

Admission is by donation with partial net proceeds going to Variety – The Children’s Charity.

Last year, organizers had more than 1,300 show vehicles from all over the Lower Mainland.

“If you love it, then bring it!,” say organizers.

Free parking and free shuttle buses from West Coast Express parking lot in Mission are available. There will also be food, vendor displays and plenty of family entertainment.
