On Wednesday (April 1) morning, Mission RCMP received a report from an alert citizen who had observed a suspicious male who was checking out vehicles in driveways in the area of 13th Ave. and Horne St.
Police located a male suspect who ran from a vehicle which was later found to have been broken into. Police chased the male and arrested him a short distance away.
The suspect is a 25-year-old Mission resident who is being held to appear in provincial court in Abbotsford tomorrow.
As charges have not been laid at this time, police are not releasing his identity.
