I’m a hard-working and devoted community member with a formal education in applied science from UBC with a bachelor of business administration degree from UFV, focusing in corporate strategy, finance, operational management, human resource management, accounting and urban development.
Having 15 years small business and executive experience I will be a valuable team member on the Mission board of education, and will aid in creating a public school system that works for everyone.
With experience ranging from general accounting to detailed corporate audits, and as a taxpayer, I can assist in getting the best return on our investment in education from the public school system and I can hold administration accountable for its decisions. My goals include open and transparent communication with the public, generate legal policies with equity and fairness, consult and listen to all voices of the community and empower and prepare our children for their entire life.
