Second pellet gun incident in Mission in an hour

Another suspect has been located after calls came in about a man with a hand gun on James and Second

Pellet guns appear to be a popular item in Mission today (Jan. 23).

Mission RCMP are on location at Second Avenue and James Street after another report of a man with a hand gun was called in at about 3:30 p.m.

Police have located the suspect and determined the weapon to be a BB/pellet gun. The investigation is ongoing.

This incident was called in less than an hour after two different suspects were arrested for carrying a pellet rifle on Lougheed Highway.
