A Shred-a-thon is happening at Mission Library the first weekend in April.

Shred-a-thon April 5

Mission Library hosting fundraising event on April 5

Have you started your spring cleaning? Do you have any documents to be shredded? Stop the theft of your identity by shredding your private documents at Mission Library’s first Shred-a-thon.

The event will take place in the library back parking lot April 5 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Clear out your confidential papers, magazines and tax files and bringing them to the Shred-a-thon. Proceeds raised will go to support Mission Library.

Shred-It will be on site with its mobile shredding truck to destroy your documents. No matter how little or how much, bring your documents and a minimum $5 cash donation per box or bag.

Do not bring binders as the metal cannot be safely shredded. For more  details, call 604-826-6610. The library is located at 33247 Second Ave.
