Cause of early-morning fire on Monday is under investigation

An abandoned house went up in flames early Monday morning in Abbotsford.

Crews from Abbotsford Fire Rescue Service were dispatched just after 3 a.m. to the home on McCallum Road near McConnell Road.

Firefighters quickly knocked down the blaze, and nobody was hurt.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
