NOTICE is hereby given that the FVRD Board of Directors will consider the application for Temporary Use Permit (TUP) 2024-02 for the lands noted below at its meeting to be held November 28, 2024 at 6:00 pm at 1-45950 Cheam Avenue, Chilliwack, BC V2P 1N6.
The purpose of TUP 2024-02 is to authorize the seasonal use of two recreational trailers, excluding residential use, commercial use, and short-term rentals, at 12041 Hodgkin Road. All persons who believe that their interest in the property is affected by the proposed bylaw will be afforded an opportunity to submit written submissions respecting matters contained in the bylaw.
TUP 2024-02 and relevant documents can be viewed at www.fvrd.ca/currentdevelopments or at the FVRD Office, 1-45950 Cheam Avenue, Chilliwack, BC V2P 1N6 (8:30 am – 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday excluding Statutory Holidays) until November 28, 2024.
Written submissions must be received no later than 1:00 pm on November 27, 2024. Written submissions will be presented to the Board.
