A Public Hearing to consider the following proposed bylaws will take place on Monday, February 6, 2023 at 6:00 pm. This hearing may be viewed and heard in person at Municipal Hall, 8645 Stave Lake Street, Mission, and on the City’s livestream webcast. Any person who believes they are affected by a proposed bylaw shall be given a reasonable opportunity to be heard.

Bylaws to be considered:
1. ZONING AMENDING BYLAW 6042-2021-5949(38) – File: R18-060
The purpose of the Bylaw is to rezone the subject property located at 8423 Cedar Street (shown on the maps below) from the Suburban 20 (S20) Zone to Mid-Rise Multi-unit One (MM1) Zone to allow development of a six storey, 98-unit market strata building with space for a daycare centre.
2. ZONING AMENDING BYLAW 6147-2022-5949(92) – File: R19-007
The purpose of the Bylaw is to rezone the subject property located at 9006 Cedar Street (shown on the maps below) from the Suburban 20 (S20) Zone to Multi-unit Townhouse One (MT1) Zone and Institutional Parks, Recreation and Civic (IPRC) Zone to facilitate two townhouse developments containing a total of 105 residential units.
