NOTICE is hereby given that the FVRD Board of Directors will consider the application for Temporary Use Permit (TUP) 2023-02 for the lands noted below at its meeting to be held September 26, 2024 at 6:00pm at 1-45950 Cheam Avenue, Chilliwack, BC V2P 1N6.
The purpose of TUP 2023-02 is to authorize wood processing and outdoor wood storage use on the southern side of the property at 12465 Sylvester Road in Dewdney. All persons who believe that their interest in the property is affected by the proposed bylaw will be afforded an opportunity to submit written submissions respecting matters contained in the bylaw.
TUP 2023-02 and relevant documents can be viewed at the FVRD Office, 1-45950 Cheam Avenue, Chilliwack, BC V2P 1N6 (8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday excluding Statutory Holidays) until September 26, 2024 or on our website at www.fvrd.ca/currentdevelopments
