Notice is hereby given that the following properties will be offered for sale by public auction at 10:00 a.m., Monday, September 25, 2023, in the Council Chambers at the Mission City Hall, 8645 Stave Lake Street, Mission, B.C. pursuant to Section 645 of the Local Government Act, unless DELINQUENT TAXES PLUS DELINQUENT INTEREST are paid by CASH or BANK DRAFT, by 4:30 p.m., Friday, September 22, 2023.
All properties are Land District New Westminster District 36.
All bidders MUST register the morning of Monday, September 25, 2023 by 9:45 a.m.
Any person upon being declared the successful bidder must pay by cash or bank draft by 12:00 p.m. of the same day. Failure to pay this amount will result in the property promptly being offered for sale again at 1:00 p.m. of the same day.
