NORWICH, Aahmee

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our Mom, also known as Nana, and Nana Glasses, at the age of 85 years. Aahmee lived a full life taking care of others as a homemaker/care aid in Mission and was a volunteer driver for the BC Cancer Agency. She was born in England, then moved to Holland where she started a family, and then moved with her family to Canada. Aahmee was a War Bride and a member of the Canadian Legion where she was known for her singing voice. She will be missed and remembered by her family members including her five children, nine grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren. At her request, no formal service will be held. We thank you, Aahmee, for all that you shared and taught us over the years. You lived your life with strength, independence, and grace; and in the end, you rode the wind home.
