Agnes Gladys

Agnes was born "Agnes Gladys Harder" on May 22, 1916, to John A. & Agatha Harder.

She was the 4th of eight children born to John & Agatha. She also had 10 half siblings from her father's two former marriages.

On March 6, 1938, Ben Klassen & Agnes Harder were married in Borden, Sask. They had a happy marriage until the death of Ben in May of 2002. Agnes was a vibrant, active mother and granny who held her relatives in high esteem. She loved preparing meals for friends and relatives. She was at her happiest when doing that. She became a believer in Christ early in life. She was involved singing in various church groups over the years. She is survived by two daughters, Valerie (John Rahn) & Connie (Abe Rahn), 4 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren & 2 brothers, as well as many friends & relatives. She peacefully passed away on March 26, 2008. The Lord gave her many wonderful years. The family is grateful that she has now entered into her rest.

Graveside services were held April 1, 2008 in the Maclure Rd. Cemetery. Memorial Service to be held in Central Heights M.B. Church, 1661 McCallum Rd, Abbotsford at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 8, 2008.
