YAWORSKI; Albine (Al) Francis

February 22, 1922 ~ December 27, 2014


It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Al Yaworski on December 27, 2014. Al was born on the homestead near Bruno, SK on 2-22-22. He was predeceased by his loving wife, Margaret. After serving with the Edmonton Fusiliers during World War II, he went to work with the CPR. He spent his whole working career with railway construction; his last few years working for Pete Siemens. He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion and The FO Eagles. He is survived by his children Diane (Gary) Mussel of Swift Current, Bernadette (Doug) McMullin of Balfour, Clarence of Cranbrook, Linda (Dan) O’Grady of Kitchener, and David (Tisha) of Fernie. He is also survived by his step-children Ron (Rose) Schaufert of Abbotsford, Gary (Tecia) Schaufert of Abbotsford and Dennis Schaufert of Mission. He had many grandchildren and great-grand- children. He will be greatly missed by his cousin, Francis Shynkaruk of Saskatoon. We would like to thank his family Doctor Scaman and his doctor from the Cancer Agency Dr. Galbraith for their care.
