Angela Sankey, late of Deroche, passed away on May 5, 2008 at Royal Columbian Hospital, New Westminster. Angie was a very giving person who would do anything to help. She was active at Dewdney Elementary School and PAC and was well-liked in the community. Always one to see the good in everyone she was a great role model for children who loved talking to her and spending time with her.
Angie is survived by her husband Kevin, children Keiver and Echo, mom Pat (Gordon) Norrad, dad Vern (Marlene) Hunter, brother Clinton (Sandra) Hunter, father and mother-in-law Jack (Noreen) Sankey, and numerous aunts, uncles and other relatives.
She was predeceased by her twin sons who died at birth Hunter James and Harley Vernon.
A Celebration of Angie’s life will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2008 at 1:00 pm at Henderson’s Funeral Home Chapel, 34537 Marshall Road, Abbotsford with a reception to follow at Deroche Hall just off of North Deroche Road (left over the tracks @ Deroche) from 2:30 to 5:00 pm.
Donations may be made to Children’s Hospital, The Heart & Stroke Foundation or a charity of your choice in Angie’s memory.
