SILVA, Antonio Luis. Jan 24, 1937 - Sept 25, 2013. Tony was born in Ponta Delgada, Flores, Portugal, and immigrated to the Lower Mainland finally settling in Abbotsford, where he accomplished his dream of a better life for his young family. Tony retired as a Roadmaster with BC Hydro Railway after a successful career. Tony is survived by his wife and life partner of 58 years, Gloria, sons, Val (Karen), Carlos (Jacki), Michael (Barb) and daughter Maria (Ray), grandchildren, Ashleigh, Cassie, Tony, Kristie, Dairien, Paige, Chase, Lachlan and great grandchild Ty. As a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather, Tony, will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. As requested a private service and burial has taken place in Abbotsford.
