Arthur George Sadler passed away Aug. 25, 2010 at the age of 81. Arthur was the son of Jessie and Percival Sadler (both predeceased) and the brother of Max (Margaret), Edith Gertrude (Terry Carter), Clive Percival (Myrtle Olive), and Ronald James (Naomi Nina), the only surviving member. Arthur is also survived by his five daughters; Gayle (Dave), Marlene (Jack), Sandy (Guy), Diane (Dwayne) and Leanne (Andrew), and six grandchildren; Jordan (Christie), Andrea (Ryan), Jenna, Chelsey, Cortnee and Tajal. Arthur was born in Courtney, B.C., later moved to Vancouver, B.C. and married Doreen Davis (predeceased) and finally settled in Chilliwack, B.C. to raise their five daughters. He opened Crystal Glass which later became Fraser Valley Crystal Glass. He was a respected businessman and glazier for many years. Arthur dearly loved his family and grandchildren. He had a love of fishing, camping, music and his career. Besides being a dedicated father, businessman and glazier he also was a talented floral cutter (glass etching) and a dedicated volunteer fireman for most of his life.

He will be lovingly remembered. A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, Sept 13 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Chilliwack Fire Hall, 45940 Cheam Ave. (corner of Young & Cheam), parking off Young St., Chilliwack, B.C.
