HARRIS; Cameron Michael

August 15, 1992 ~ August 16, 2016

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden loss of our beloved son Cameron Michael Harris on August 16, 2016 at the age of 24. Cameron will forever be missed and remembered by his parents Valerie Pongracz and Paul Harris; sister Chelsea Harris; girlfriend Catherine Martyn; grandparents Brian and Elizabeth Harris; grandmother Patricia Pongracz; aunts and uncles, Sher (John) Pugh, Tracey Pongracz, Simon (Patti) Harris, Suzanne (Keith) Cuthbert, Sharon (Bruce) Gillett; cousins, Dave (Rosalynde) Pugh, Brittany Harris, and Alexis Harris. Cameron will be remembered for his dedication to those he loved and his passion for his many interests and love of nature and the outdoors. Raising Cameron was like an education in and of itself as he had such a thirst for knowledge; we would be learning right alongside him and trying to keep up. From a young age his enthusiasm was so infectious, it would always brighten the day. One of the most wonderful things he taught us was how to appreciate the small things in life. Cameron was also an amazing gardener and we'll truly miss hearing about and seeing his latest gardening successes. He was always growing something exotic and trading seeds with other gardeners from around the world. He was his happiest when enjoying the outdoors whether it be gardening, hiking or camping. But nothing was more important to Cameron than those he loved, and he would make sure you knew how much you meant to him and always be there with a hug.

Our hearts are broken knowing that you are gone and we miss you more than words can say, but our memories of you are forever in our hearts and we will cherish them.

Cameron was laid to rest at a private family service on August 27, 2016. Celebration of Life to be held at a later date. Online condolences may be made to: www.woodlawnfh-mission.com.
