Doris Marjorie Hills passed away peacefully at the Royal Columbian Hospital on May 3, 2007 at the age of 85 years. Predeceased by her husband Leonard, Doris will be lovingly remembered by her daughters, Marjie and Wendy; her son Alf; grandchildren Rob, Heidi, Michael, James Patrick, Elijah and Lias as well as her great-granddaughter, Lily Marie. Doris was a long time resident of Mission and Deroche having moved to the area in 1926. She was a mother and friend to many.
A funeral service will be held at All Saints Anglican Church (33077 – 2nd Avenue, Mission) on Friday, May 11, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
