Dorothy May , 1920-2009
Born in Macrorie, Saskatchewan on April 24, 1920 and passed away Januray 9, 2009 in her 89th year. Dorothy was a long time resident of the Silverhill community. Her love of family, her friends, her animals and farm as well as her hard work and dedication to several community organizations gave her great pleasure. She was predeceased by her husband Bert, son Ted, sisters Ellen and Margaret and brother Richard. Dorothy is survived by her grand children Elizabeth, Jennifer, and Cory; great grand children Cheyenne and Deegen. Missing her also is a family of nieces, nephews, cousins and many many friends. As per her request, there will not be a tea or service, however an afternoon to reminisce and remember Dorothy will be held at a later date. Donations in Dorothy's memory to a charity of your choice would be most appreciated.
