WIEBE, DOUGLAS JOE
May 23, 1960 - August 8, 2008
Douglas Joe Wiebe passed away on August 8, 2008 with his twin brother Donald by his side after a short but courageous battle with cancer. Doug will be deeply missed by his father Hank (Christine), brothers Rick (Marcela), Pat, twin brother Donald (Shelly) and Joe (Trina), as well as many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Doug was predeceased by his mother Marion C. Wiebe. Doug was raised, lived and worked in Clearbrook all of his 48 years of life. He was well liked by his coworkers at Abbotsford airport and always talked highly of them. Doug had a great sense of humor and always had a smile on his face. The family would like to express many thanks to Christine Morrison Hospice for the excellent care provided while Doug was with them.
A visitation will take place on Friday, August, 15, 2008 from 7-9 pm, and Saturday, August 16, 2008 from 1-3 pm, at Henderson's Funeral Home 34537 Marshall Road Abbotsford, BC.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Canadian Institution of the Blind.
