Frank Stegenga passed into the waiting arms of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on February 15, 2015 after a courageous battle with cancer. He was a dedicated husband to Rose and loving father of Michaela (d. 2000), Trisha and Brittany. Survived by 1 brother and 4 sisters, their spouses, in-laws, many nieces and nephews. Frank was born on April 3, 1955 in Hagersville Ontario, moved to BC at the age of 20. He owned and operated Sundance Homes and was known for his integrity and workmanship. One of his greatest passions in life was helping people, always ready and willing to help anyone in need, even seeking out those who would benefit from his help. His passion for loving people came from his desire to be the hands and feet of Jesus. We would like to thank Dr. Turchen, Dr. Mitchinson, Dr. Zulfiqar, the many palliative care nurses and many other doctors during Frank's 2½ year health journey. Service will be held at 7 Oaks Alliance Church on Monday, February 23, at 1:30 pm. If you have a picture of or with Frank, please bring it along to the service.
