It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, best friend and father after a courageous battle with cancer. Fred's journey ended with his loving family at his side. Fred is survived by his loving wife, Heather (Rowe); his son Telford; and his daughter, Danae. Fred was a great husband and a loving father. Over the years many more would come to call him father as well. He had a big heart and would do anything for anyone. He spent many happy hours with friends at Mission A&W. The family would like to thank the Tertiary Palliative Care Unit at the Abbotsford Regional Hospital and the dedicated, comforting staff. A Celebration of Fred's Life is scheduled for January 17th 2015, 1:00 pm at The Elks Hall in Mission, BC. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Fred's life. Donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in the hopes of fighting this disease.
