WAINWRIGHT Graham. Aug. 30, 1935 ~ Dec. 20, 2012. It is with sadness the family of Graham Wainwright announces his passing on December 20, 2012 in Abbotsford Regional Hospital. He first moved to Abbotsford in October 1980 with his family. For his whole life he was focused on supporting others in the community. Professionally he worked for the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce for 36 years. As a volunteer he supported many organizations including the Clearbrook Lions Club, Gladwin Heights United Church, Cultus Lake United Church Camp and the Abbotsford International Airport. Graham was predeceased by his wife Frances Wainwright and sister Wendy King. He leaves behind his son Rob (Tammy), daughter Ruth (Greg), daughter Alison (Donald), granddaughter Frances, grandsons Frederick and Lucas, brother Jim (Laura), brother-in-law Dick, nieces, nephews and countless friends. A memorial service was held on Thursday, December 27, 2012 at Gladwin Heights United Church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Gladwin Heights United Church (www.gladwinheightsunitedchurch.org) or Cultus Lake United Church Camp (www3.telus.net/clucc).
