Passed away peacefully on Friday, December 4, 2009 at Eden Care Centre in Chilliwack, B.C. at the age of 92. Hazel will be sadly missed by her sons; Bruce (Joy) Ouellette, Gerry (Doreen) Ouellette, daughter-in-law; Heather Ouellette and their families. She was sadly predeceased by her eldest son; Ray Ouellette, husband; Cliff Ouellette, husband; Don (Bud) Paterson. There will be no service by request.
