Isabel was born 81 years ago in Daysland, Alberta and passed away at home in Chilliwack on April 27, 2009. Izzy is predeceased by her mother & father, 9 brothers and sisters and survived by sisters
Doreen, Gene and Winny and brother Dennis, son Jim (Diane), daughters Joy and Bev (Bill), grandchildren
Sarah, Chad, Ryan, Justin, Sunny, Nadine (Rob) & Trevor (Cheryl) and great grandchildren Kendyl, Madison, Camryn & Samuel and many nieces and nephews.
Izzy loved her gardening, golfing, cooking up wonderful family dinners, playing cards, casinos and driving and looking after her mustang, and in her later years weekly lunches with son Jim and outings with friend Barb Robbins.
Izzy enjoyed many years as a member of the Chilliwack Golf & Country Club and a member of Kinnetts. Izzy retired at 65 after 20 years with BC Tel in Abbotsford, looking forward to golfing every day and doing all the fun things she enjoyed. Izzy had many great friends from BC Tel, the golf course and Kinnetts.
