Jack passed away peacefully on January 11, 2016 at 73 years young. He is survived by his loving wife Karen of 50 years, son Kelly (Tina), daughter Leanne (Eric) and his three special grandkids; Nolan, Megan and Christyn. Funeral Service will be held at Northview Community Church on January 20th at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers please donate to the charity of your choice.
