1932- 2024

Joe has passed away after living an adventurous 92 years.

Survived by his son Stormr and daughter Lornna (husband Adam), Joe joins his father Alfred, mother Francis, brothers Henry and Frank, ex-wife Jacqueline and grandson Nolan.

Boatbuilder, draftsman, carpenter, mechanic, and entrepreneur were just a few of Joe's accomplishments, but it was in 1972 that he wrote the real estate exam, moved his family to Mission City and never looked back.

Joe excelled as a realtor, winning numerous awards as top salesman in Mission and the Fraser Valley for twenty-five plus years.

He was the kind of guy that everybody knew. It was not unusual to have multiple people greet him around town. A charismatic storyteller and ever-curious world traveler, Joe made an impression on everyone he met, including his dear friend Mary of St. John's, Nfld.

For the last few years of his life, Joe moved to Fruitvale where he soon became a fixture in his neighbourhood, bustling around on his scooter.

We miss you, Joe: your sense of humor, your creativity, and your entrepreneurial and gregarious nature. You always kept us laughing.
