Joginder Kaur Gill passed away peacefully on November 29, 2018. Daughter of late Rampal Singh and late Bhagwan Kaur Sidhu. Joginder was born in Akhara, Punjab, India.
She is survived by her husband (Harnek Singh Gill), daughter (Robin Gill-Chaudhary), son-in-law (Navdeep Chaudhary), grandsons (Nikhail and Naythan Chaudhary), brother (Joginder Sidhu and family), sister (Gurdip Rai and family) and brother-in-law (Thaker Gill and family). Joginder was predeceased by her beloved son Billy Gill in 1985.
Joginder and her family have been residents of Mission for over 50 years. Even after two strokes, other illnesses and the loss of her son, late Billy Gill, she exemplified grace and dignity. She was known for her amazing strength, calmness, loving and kind nature. Joginder devoted her life to helping others. Her greatest joy were her two grandsons, Nikhail and Naythan. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
Memorial service will be held at Fraser Valley Funeral Home, 2061 Riverside Rd, Abbotsford, BC at 9:30 am on December 8th, 2018. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Christine Morrison Hospice, Mission BC.
