(Kenneth) Julian Neale passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family on August 21, 2022, at the age of 76. Born February 11, 1946, in Victoria, Julian grew up in Mission on the family farm.
After receiving his bachelor's degree at UBC, he moved to Dawson Creek to teach and serve as an administrator for 35 years.
He coached basketball for most of those years, winning awards for his service and team success.
After retiring, Julian moved to Kelowna where he loved the weather, the pool, and being close to his granddaughters. He was always open to a visit, a BBQ, a side bet, and a photo in the flowers.
Julian is fondly missed by his daughter Carmen (Dan), his son Adrian (Lindsey), granddaughters Peyton and Avery, his sister, Darien Cope, niece Nevada (Jess) as well as extended family and friends.
He is predeceased by his parents Florence & Kenneth Neale and Mabel & Art Watson, and his brother Michael Neale.
A celebration of life will be held in Mission, BC on September 17, 2022.
