CAVACECE, Kristie Taylor (Stewart)

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kristie Cavacece on November 5, 2009 at the Abbotsford Regional Hospital after a long and brave battle with cervical cancer. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Ben Cavacece and her 5 year old daughter Laura. Her parents Linda and Alex Stewart, her sister Rebecca (Steven) Ternes and their children: Claire, Catherine and Alexander as well as John (Amber) Stewart. Her grandparents Bob and Orpha Frank and her many aunts, uncles cousins and friends. Kristie was a devoted wife, mother and was the best Auntie. Her greatest sadness was in leaving her family far too soon. She loved animals and her career as a registered Veterinary Technologist. If love could have saved you, you would have lived forever. We would like to thank Dr.'s Brown, Winston and Scaman and the nursing staff on the tertiary palliative oncology ward for the loving care given to Kristie and our family. We would also like to thank our angel Robin Kitagawa. A celebration of her life will be held on November 12, 2009 at 1:00 pm at Cascade Community Church, 35190 Delair Road, Abbotsford, BC with the Rev. Dr. Hans Kouwenberg officiating. Please honour Kristie by wearing bright colours. Donations can be made to the BC Cancer Foundation or Elizabeth's Wildlife Center in her memory. Tributes may be left at www.mem.com.
