Loretta was born in Regina, Sask. on January 2, 1938 and died peacefully in Abbotsford Regional Hospital July 30, 2018. She is survived by her daughter Val; grandchildren Chad (Laura), Stefanie (Tyler), Nadia (Casey) and Devan (Brandon); great grandchildren Hudson, Felix, Leo and Arlo; sisters Ruth (Irving), Mona (Bow) and many nieces, nephews, and cousins all loved.
Loretta is predeceased by her son Garland. Her presence will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Loretta will long be remembered for her community involvement; particularly the choral music, line dancing, ESL classes and United Church leadership. Special thanks to all those who supported Loretta during the last few years.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday, September 8 at 2 pm at Gladwin Heights United Church. In lieu of flowers donations in Loretta's memory may be made to Naramata Centre, Gladwin Heights United Church or Abbotsford Community Services.
