Marilyn Loewen passed away peacefully at the Foothills Country Hospice in Okotoks, AB, on Saturday, December 27, 2008 at the age of 56 years. Her final days were spent surrounded by her family and friends. Besides her loving husband Mel of 38 years, Marilyn is survived by her three children Stuart (Tracy), Cora-Lee (Jon), and Lani (Mike); her four grandchildren Jasmine, Nicolette, Isabella, and Alexander; and her fifth grandchild to be born any day. Family and friends are invited to a celebration of Marilyn's life at First Church of the Nazarene (65 Richard Way SW, Calgary, AB) on Saturday, January 3, 2009 at 2:00 pm.
