It is with great sadness we have to announce the sudden passing of Melissa Nicole Day.
Melissa is predeceased by her grandparents Samuel and Lilian Day; grandfather Glen Gillies; mother Debra Day; brothers Michael and Joseph Day.
Melissa will be sadly missed by her sister Tammy (Rob) Periard; father Neil Day; stepmom Pam Grandmaison; grandmother Marjorie Gillies; nephew Justin Day; nieces Bailey Periard (Cam) and Jordan Periard (Matt); great nephew and niece Jayden & Hannah; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Melissa attended The Church of Jesus Christ and The Latter Day Saints where she helped teach Sunday School. Melissa was also very crafty and articulate, which made her great at cross stitch and needle point. Melissa also loved colouring and collecting dolls.
Services are to be held at 11:00 am Friday, April 27, 2018 at Bakerview Celebration Center 34863 Cemetery Ave. Mission, BC. Reception to follow.
