April 15, 1918 - August 9, 2018
Norma was born in Sandon, B.C. but was a long-time resident of both Burnaby and Mission.

She was predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Elizabeth Johnson, husband Anthony (Tony), son Anthony Mark, and sisters Frances (Jack) Fraser and Rose (Lawrence) Baillie. Norma is survived by her daughter-in-law Donna, son Steven Joel, stepdaughter Betty Brown (John Morris), grandchildren Cameron, Allisen and families, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Norma was a very social person who loved playing sports, especially in her younger years. She liked to travel, play Bridge, was an avid reader and had a keen sense of humour. Norma will be missed by family and friends but we know that she is finally at peace.

A special thank you to all of the wonderful caregivers working at The Residence in Mission (TRIM), who cared so compassionately for Norma in her final months.

Final arrangements are being handled by Bakerview Crematorium, and online condolences may be made at bakerviewcrematorium.com.

At Norma's request, there will be no service. Her ashes will be interred with her husband's at Hatzic Cemetery.

Those wishing to honour Norma's passing could consider a donation to a charity of your choice.
