It is with love and great sadness that we announce the passing of Paramjit Kaur Toor in her home on October 8, 2009, after a courageous 5 year battle with cancer. Lovingly remembered by her husband Nirmal Singh Toor; daughter Navreen and son Sukhchan; parents Shamsher & Balwant Birl; sisters Narinder (Jagdev) Gill and Rajinder (Hardeep) Grewal; and brother Kuldeep (Anant) Birl. Paramjit will be remembered for her courage, strength of spirit and love of life. Our heartfelt thanks to all the medical staff at Abbotsford Regional Hospital and Cancer Centre for their continuous support during this difficult time. Funeral service was held on Monday, October 12th, 2009 at Abby Arts Centre. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the BC Cancer Foundation.
