Patricia passed away in Bevan Village, Abbotsford, BC on August 7, 2019, aged 84. She is predeceased by her parents George and Winifred and her beloved Norwegian husband Einar. Pat emigrated to Canada from England in November 1967 with her friend Gillian. She later met Einar and they were married in Reno on Einar's birthday, February 9, 1971. They spent two years in Tanzania, East Africa for his work, then returned to Canada and lived in North Vancouver. When Einar retired, they moved to Mission. Pat will be missed by her many friends, neighbors and line dancers. She was talented in many crafts and learned some Swahili while in Africa and also Norwegian. She was a volunteer at Mission Hospital for a number of years. Although the Pat we knew was lost to us through Alzheimer's and dementia, we will remember her with love and gratitude for her generosity and friendship given freely over the years. Rest in peace Pat.
