Rick Everts passed away peacefully at the age of 52 in Abbotsford Memorial Hospital on August 8, 2016. Sadly missed by his loving wife Joy, stepdaughters Jackie (Nick) and Joyce (Steve), step grandchildren, Jessica and Tyler, beloved mother Alice, sister Johanna (Robin), brother Ralph (Teresa), nieces and nephews Dan (Ali), Joel (Tammy), Aron (Megan), Lisa, Steve (children Kiryn, Liam, Adelin) and Brian, as well as many relatives and friends. He is predeceased by his father Dick Everts. A Celebration of Life was held at the Christian Reformed Church, Maple Ridge, on August 15th. Donations may be made to Canadian Cancer Society in memory of Rick.
