Scott passed away peacefully surrounded by family at Christine Morrison Hospice.
Scott is survived by his beloved wife Dale, children Zachary and Sydney, sister Kary and sister-in-law Gloria.
No service by Scott's request. He will be forever missed by all who knew him.
