It is with heavy hearts that we inform you of the passing of Sheila Foote on April 3rd, 2015. Sheila was an amazing, charismatic and unique woman who lived a life full of love. She is predeceased by her father and mother Scott and Jean Foote. She is survived by her partner and husband Dennis Bissegger; her son Thuja Knox (Shelly), and daughters Rozene Knox (Craig), Morgan Bissegger (Dylan) and Kelsey Bissegger. She will be lovingly remembered by her two grandsons, one granddaughter, four sisters, two brother and many dear friends. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to: http://causewecare.org.
