Silvia (Burich) Casselman, passed away peacefully on November 8th after a brief battle with congenital heart failure. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 47 years Alan and her devoted children Joel and Ian. A long time member of the Sumas Mountain community, a Tea will be held in her honor at the Straiton Hall #4698 Upper Sumas Mountain Road, 3 pm Sunday November 17th, 2013 as per her wishes. Silvia was small but feisty, fun loving and outgoing, her strong presence will be greatly missed. In lieu of flowers a donation made in her name to The Heart and Stroke Foundation or on site to The Straiton Community Club would be greatly appreciated.
