William Douglas Price passed away on May 17, 2018 at George Derby Centre, Burnaby, BC at ag 96 years. He was born July 18, 1921 in Winnipeg, MB.
Bill is predeceased by his wife Viola and 2 sons, Douglas and Gary.
He is survived by his children, Bill L. (Kim) Price, Patricia Balcom, Gail Brunsch and Gwen (Russ) Reese; grandchildren, Bobby, Mike, Shannon, Stacey, Chad, Darren Gary and Tyler as well as 18 great grandchildren.
Bill served in the Second World War, translating Italian for his Lieutenant. He became an industrial painter. Bill used his quick wit right to the end.
A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, June 2, 2018 at 1:30 pm at Hatzic Cemetery, 34867 Cemetery Rd. Mission, BC. Casket Bearers will be Mike McCombe, Bobby Gurney, Gary Reese, Tyler Reese, Chad Price and Darren Price.
If any so desire, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada would be appreciated.
