I have read the comments regarding our newly installed bike routes over the past few weeks and would like to add my view.
It would have been nice if whoever was responsible for those signs had asked the Mission biking community for a little input regarding design and placement.
If bike lanes are not installed on these routes, signage simply indicating "share the road" would be much more appropriate.
These are used on the road through Clayburn Village. However, simply making motorists aware they may encounter cyclists on the road is a start.
Hopefully, we will see a few bike lanes through Mission in the near future.
